Aunt Mary's Cowboy Cookies -- 2 dozen
Kris ate her first cowboy cookie in her Aunt Mary's kitchen in Cleveland more than 50 years ago fresh off the baking sheet. Aunt Mary, now 89, got the recipe from her friend, Nancy Rader, and still makes 'the real cowboy cookies' every week in the summer at Grand Lake. Kris' version mostly captures the same great flavor with the same great texture and all the childhood pleasure.
